and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using

Other
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Staci Lee's
Custom Sheets by Design, LLC and you with respect to the subject matter contained in this
agreement and supersedes all previous and contemporaneous agreements,
